What we had for dinner last night and tonight - Nilagang Baka. One of my favorite Filipino dishes. It’s really good.

Typical Filipino breakfast except that’s just plain rice and not garlic rice (which I can’t stand). And, they usually serve sausage links but we like patties. Tina’s friend ate rice + left over hard boiled eggs + left over chicken wings for breakfast once while she was staying with us. Rice + Eggs + Meat + Coffee = Breakfast.
