Well, consider this.

According to Fortune Magazine, “Target opened its first store here in March [2009], deep in the heart of Wal-Mart country. Former Wal-Mart CEO Lee Scott and his successor Mike Duke are both frequent visitors, according to Target store manager Chuck Simmons.”

Lee Scott and Mike Duke. Both. Shop. At. Target.

I guess even he gets sick of the rude and more recently, sparse employees, long lines and cluttered, messy aisles at Wal-Mart. Mike has the power to fix all that, but I guess he’s not up to the challenge.

Word of warning, guys. If I were you, I wouldn’t say the words buck, cluck, duck, luck, muck, puck, stuck, truck or any other words that end in uck. Eloise is reading your lips.

Quite a feat.

In May of 2008, I posted an entry about a horrific Swanson Hungry Man TV Dinner experience I had.

Now, nearly a year later, renowned microwaveist and food critic Josh has chimed in to voice his opinion on the matter.

Truth be told, I have no idea who Josh is. I’m not even sure if Josh is his real name. In fact, I’m not even sure if he really exists. His IP address shows he came in through a broadband provider called Cox (how very sadly appropriate).

Click here to read Josh’s comment and my response.

This is funny.

My boss sends out this e-mail to our department this morning asking us to review the attached Power Point presentation.

So, I reply to all, except our boss, to say …

Does anybody have Power Point?
If so, could you please print this to PDF and e-mail it back to me.
I have asked for Power Point before, but was told I have no reason to have it.

One of my co-workers printed the Power Point to PDF and e-mailed it to me. I thank him by sending out this e-mail to my co-workers …

Thanks. At least someone reads my e-mail.

In the mean time, another co-worker was in the middle of doing the same thing, but he wasn’t fast enough. So, he sends this e-mail to me. Only, he didn’t send it to me. He accidentally sent it to our boss …

You … you are not worthy of PowerPoint … only those who have achieved a oneness of life and poses a clear and strong focus … OK, never mind I was simply taking the time to add a little humor into the situation and you get all snippety like a little girl … well, no humor for you …

At this point, our boss takes offense to the fact she’s being called a snippety little girl and being told she’s not worthy of Power Point.

Boy, did this guy have a lot of explaining to do.
