Also stopped at CVS and bought 2 packs of Duracell AA batteries and 2 packs of 9V batteries that were on sale for $3 each and used two $5 CVS coupons and two 75¢ manufacturer coupons and ended up spending a net total of 50¢ for 8 AA and 2 9V batteries. Not bad.
Got lots of good stuff at CVS tonight. If you’re not playing the Grocery Game, I highly recommend that you start.

I also kicked a*s at Publix tonight. $66.77 was my subtotal. After sale savings and coupons, I paid only $24.81. That’s a savings of about 63%, which is pretty good for the grocery store.
