Has anyone seen the recent Burger King commercial?
The premise is there are some teenagers are at a Wendy’s drive-thru trying to order a Whopper. The Wendy’s employee says, “We’re not Burger King. We don’t have that here. Do you want a Sour Cream and Chive potato?”
HELL YES I WANT A SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE POTATO!
Obviously, Burger King is trying to say Wendy’s has stupid food and Burger King has good food. But, it’s painfully apparent to me that the people that made this commercial have never visited a Burger King or a Wendy’s. Because clearly, they’re totally in the dark about what kind of food Burger King sells. Who are they trying to fool? Wendy’s runs circles around Burger King when it comes to quality, taste and value as far as I’m concerned. Burger King’s food is gross.
I went to Wendy’s for lunch today. I had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, a large chili and an iced tea. Everything was deee-lish.
P.S. WTF are Apple Fries anyway?! Burger King, get a clue.
