I stopped at Publix tonight to get something for dinner and I picked up a package of Publix GreenWise Organic Hot Italian Chicken Sausage. Very low in calories – only about 110 calories per link compared to around 250 calories per link of Italian Pork Sausage. I put 3 of them in a frying pan with some sliced red and yellow peppers and some sliced onion and it was really good. Highly recommended.
It’s only 9:15pm and the cat is already sleeping.

I used to live in FL! Palm Beach County, Martin County, etc…
I live in New Mexico now. Our local grocer has locally made green chile turkey and chicken sausage and turkey or chicken Italian sausage. I know you can’t get that at Publix but I feel like I’m “cheating” when I eat this good quality sausage!
I miss parts of FL but it’s nice here in the mountains!
My cats are all sleeping right now and it’s early afternoon. Two are from FL!
